What is Zumba?
Zumba is a very dynamic and exciting fitness program full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps. No previous experience in dance is needed to have fun with Zumba.
Zumba is fun, different, easy, exotic, and is rapidly becoming the next fitness sensation!
No equipment needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and good supportive shoes. Bring a towel (you're gonna sweat!) and water, or we have water for sale. Can't wait for you to try a class!

Workout Keiki Camp
For a nominal hourly fee WeePlay & Learn engages and cares for all the children of Workout Moms from infant to preschoolers during their workout programs.
Drop in for a Introductory Moms Workout Class of either one or both workout programs. The fee for the class is $15 per class and $5 for each class keiki camp care, this Intro Fee is refundable if you enroll in any one of the workout programs.
