WeePlay & Learn was born of a mother's quest to engage with her newborn son in the most dynamic "early learning " play program focused on childhood growth, early learning, and social interactive development skills.

Though there were many individual and segmented programs including various kids music classes, kids gym classes, Mom's groups and of course the options of joining the local zoo, aquarium or kids museum centers. There was not ONE program which offered it ALL or even considered the overall changing needs of MY child or that of a any mothers personal needs and program schedule flexibilty.

This was the beginning of turning disappointment into 2 years of extended research on the importance of early learning skill development known as being "PLAY AS THE WORK OF CHILDREN" This research became the foundation of WeePlay & Learn.

With a background of speciality retail development and center leasing and driven by the needs of my child, WeePlay's development and launch became my "labor of love"

And so WeePlay & Learn was born in June 2004 at the Koko Marina Center and has been host to over 3,000 families thus far, from infant to preschoolers who came to play, learn and grow TOGETHER and

With guidance from our WeePlay groupleaders our audio/visual playgroup classes are learning packed 45 minute sessions focused on early learning skills, from the basics of abc's and 123's, colors, shapes combined with music, rhythm, dance, discovery, creative movement, fine and gross motor skills, exploration, imaginitive play, bubbles, parachutes and always ending with interactive storytime reading.

Our program has became the innovative leader in parent/child interactive early learning play in Hawaii

..and then..THERE WAS MORE...

After the birth of my fourth child in January 2008, it was time for this Mommy to get back in Weeshape and commence on the development of a WeePrep Preschool, so that my last child could enjoy the structure and learning of a preparatory preschool and as such remain closer to me for a longer period before she entered into her life long journey of school academic learning...so it was time to EXPAND...

August 2008..WeePlay & Learn expands and triples our original size of 4,000 sf to our new 12,000 sf location in downtown Honolulu at the Ward Warehouse.

The current mission of WeePlay & Learn is to continue on the path of discovery, new preschool program development and to share the 'POWER OF PLAY" through expansion and franchising nationally and internationally. WeePlay & Learn makes a difference in the lives of young keiki/children and their families.
